Basic Turkey Gravy

Ingredients
3 c turkey stock
1/4 c flour
1 c water
1/2 c milk
1 salt & pepper
Instructions
Mix flour and water together. Remove turkey to platter. Pour excess fat from roast pan, leaving 2 tablespoons. Place pan on stovetop over medium-high heat. Deglaze pan by pouring in 3 cups stock and release meat drippings by sliding the smooth edge of a spatula acros pan bottom. Gradually whisk flour and water mixture into stock. Simmer 5 minutes over medium heat. Whisk in milk, and simmer for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
